New Dawn

Lisa Axiotis is an emerging, Melbourne multidisciplinary artist. With a background in painting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Arts, Lisa’s experience in both worlds has filtered through to her current practice.

Drawing on classical ideals of beauty, nature and the sublime, Lisa holds fast to what she believes should be inherent in all art – integrity of skill. Elegant in execution and seductive in their depth, Lisa’s paintings share her vision of reality; often marked by strong focal values and intensity of colour. Her work is natural and exuberant, both feminine and strong – aspects often considered mutually exclusive, to which her practice defies.

Lisa’s meticulously detailed work has been exhibited nationally and is housed in private collections across Australia.
